Out with the old and in with the new as Total Fitout provided and installed new furniture for 266 apartments in Heuston South Quarter (HSQ).

Opposite Heuston Station, just 3km from Dublin’s beating heart, HSQ is a landmark development in a location rich in character and culture. The architects and designers of the HSQ apartments brought together all the elements of comfortable living in creating the Dargan, Kestrel, Sancton Wood, Telford, and Hibernia Buildings.

Total Fitout completed renovations and fit outs of 266 apartments in the HSQ buildings while tenants still occupied them. This was possible due to years of experience and our directly employed qualified installation teams. We kept in mind both budget and time constraints whilst delivering only the finest quality. These apartments are finished and fully furnished to the highest standards.
