This two-bedroom apartment is located in the mature, gated Sweepstakes development, which sits in landscaped communal gardens in the heart of Ballsbridge. The development is popular with investors geared towards the high-end rental market. The apartment has two double bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, an open plan living/dining room with kitchen and balcony as well as a family bathroom.
