FCS Timber
All our timber products are responsibly sourced from sustainable forests. For each tree utilised, a new one is planted, ensuring the ongoing replenishment of this precious resource.
Our Mattresses
Our mattresses and toppers are created using REPREVE® Our Ocean™ fabrics, a remarkable innovation crafted from recycled plastic bottles. What sets our toppers apart is their ease of replacement after each tenant, allowing for recycling, which not only minimises waste but also reduces operational costs for our clients.
Upholstery
Our sofas and beds are expertly upholstered with contract-grade fabrics as a standard, boasting a minimum of 100,000 rub count. These fabrics are sourced from reputable suppliers in both Ireland and Europe, ensuring durability and quality.

As a part of our unwavering commitment to reducing our carbon footprint, we plant one tree in Ireland for every apartment we fit out, all under our clients’ company names. We provide our clients with a certificate bearing their name, detailing the number of trees planted and the precise location of the forest.
native woodland trust

Total Fitout is a proud Gold Member of the Native Woodland Trust, signifying our strong commitment to support this esteemed Irish charity. The Native Woodland Trust, a registered Irish charity, is dedicated to preserving the last vestiges of Ireland’s Ancient Woodlands, a diminishing resource now comprising just a mere 0.1% of its original expanse. What sets the Trust apart is its unique role in not only securing funding to acquire and safeguard these precious woodlands but also in actively planting thousands of trees annually to create new native woodlands. Additionally, the Trust generously donates hundreds of thousands of trees to schools and community groups across Ireland. Currently managing 11 woodlands and nature reserves stretching from Donegal to Waterford, the Trust’s most recent acquisition, St. John’s Wood in Lecarrow, County Roscommon, is of particular significance. This renowned woodland is among the oldest surviving Irish woodlands. The Trust has also acquired a 23-acre farm-land site adjacent to St. John’s. The strategy is to expand this woodland by collecting seeds from St. John’s, nurturing them in a newly constructed nursery on the new site, and subsequently planting them. Crucially, all 11 woodlands managed by the Trust are marked by a resolute commitment to conservation. No trees will ever be harvested, and no hunting will ever be permitted. These woodlands are left to regenerate naturally, serving as a sanctuary for both wildlife and the public, eternally protected from exploitation. Moreover, the Trust’s structure is designed to ensure that even in the unlikely event of dissolution, the woodlands will be entrusted to the care of a similar organisation, ensuring continuity in safeguarding these invaluable natural resources. These woodlands remain open to the public, held for the enjoyment of present and future generations.
