Designed and fitted out to the highest standards, all 361 apartments in Spencer Place have been furnished by Total Fitout with more than 50% Irish-made products, greatly minimizing the overall environmental impact.

There are many attractive options for residents to work, rest, and play. Our services included the supply and installation of loose furniture for the Reception and Concierge Lounge, the Sky Lounge, the Private Dining Suite, the Co-working Lounge, the Chill Room, the Games Room, and the Cinema.
