Tara View

An I-RES Development, Merrion Road, Dublin 4

Tara View, an I-RES development, was built in 2022 and is located on Merrion Road in Dublin 4, just minutes from the city with stunning sea and mountain views. This development was designed with the highest standards of comfort and sustainability in mind. Each apartment is unique, with a wide range of features and individual living spaces.

Tara View consists of 69 residential units – studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom duplexes, three-bedroom apartments, and three-bedroom townhouses – all finished to an exceptionally high standard and beautifully furnished by Total Fitout. Our design choices for this project focused on Irish-made products and we drew inspiration from the picturesque seafront location and exceptional architecture by MOLA Architecture.

It was a pleasure working with I-RES, MOLA Architecture, and McAleer & Rushe on this project. Tara View was shortlisted for the 2022 Fit Out Awards under the category of Fit Out Project of the Year – Residential (Large) and we are very proud to have contributed to that achievement.
