Edwards Square is situated at the heart of Galway’s thriving city centre and caters for students from both the National University of Ireland, Galway and Galway-Mayo Institute of technology.
Total Fitout provided our client with an all-encompassing service from design stage through to construction. The high spec finish is to provide the residents with a modern lifestyle suitable for today’s student living.
The works involved a full strip out of the existing furniture and flooring. A complete re-decoration, new lighting, new flooring, new kitchen units, worktops and appliances, bedroom furniture and soft furnishings throughout.
The bathrooms were completely refurbished, bathroom floors and walls were tiled. New sanitary ware was installed.
The site was partially occupied during the refurbishment so careful planning and co-ordination was required throughout. to ensure successful completion of the works.
