This project involved a full refurbishment and interior fit out of 110 aparthotel units at a Staycity location in Dublin. Works included the complete refurbishment of bathrooms and kitchens, alongside new flooring, painting, and the supply of loose furniture throughout all apartments.

The interiors were designed to combine the flexibility of apartment living with the comfort of a hotel, featuring a retro-chic aesthetic with warm, inviting finishes. Oak flooring and carefully selected soft furnishings were incorporated throughout, ensuring each unit is both stylish and functional for leisure and business travellers.

The project demonstrates our ability to deliver high-quality, thoughtfully curated refurbishments that enhance the guest experience while meeting practical and operational requirements.
