Modern, luxurious interiors at the heart of Cherrywood

This project comprised the full fit out of 468 apartments within Hines’ Cherrywood Town Centre development, where Total Fitout was responsible for the design, manufacture, and installation of bespoke furniture.

Working in close collaboration with Hines, the interiors were tailored to reflect the modern architecture of the scheme while ensuring functionality remained at the core. The resulting spaces are both contemporary and luxurious, in line with the overall vision for Cherrywood.

Over 90% of products were sourced from Europe, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality and sustainability. Each piece was carefully designed to balance aesthetics with practicality, delivering homes that feel modern, comfortable, and enduring.
