This project delivered the complete fit out of 274 apartments, complemented by the design and furnishing of ‘The Platform’, a dedicated residential amenity building.

Total Fitout created a bespoke furniture package for the apartments, overseeing every stage from design and manufacturing through to expert installation. The result is a collection of distinctive interiors that prioritise comfort, durability, and contemporary style.

Beyond the apartments, our team furnished The Platform’s shared spaces, including lounge areas, a kitchen, co-working facilities, and a lively games room.
