TOTAL FITOUT DESIGN PROCESS
Our Design team work closely with our clients from the initial tender stage through to the completion and handover. We consider each client’s requirements to design a custom-made fit out to suit each development and client brand.
Our initial meetings are where we get our brief and start to develop a concept for each project. The initial concept is used to design individual apartments for each scheme or development.
Total Fitout as your design and fit out partner engage with our clients to develop every individual piece of furniture.
Our design team provide apartment Moodboards and individual furniture design specifications as well as samples of finishes and fabrics. We also provide drawings of the furniture layout for each individual apartment as well as a full inventory.
Once a design is fully agreed we can provide our clients with 3d renders and CGI walkthroughs which provides our clients, their stakeholders and marketing team with material for going to market before a development has completed.
Throughout each fit out the design team are on site to oversee the placement of furniture, lighting and artwork.
Total Fitout also provide a staging and photography service for our clients where an apartment or development show unit can be fully staged for photography and video walkthroughs.
