Case Study
This two-bedroom apartment is located in the mature, gated Sweepstakes development, which sits in landscaped communal gardens in the heart of Ballsbridge. The development is popular with investors geared towards the high-end rental market. The apartment has two double bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, an open plan living/dining room with kitchen and balcony as well as a family bathroom.
Total fit out took this tired and dated apartment and did a complete renovation which included the bathrooms and kitchen. The engineered flooring is smoked oak. The modern sleeek kitchen with integrated lighting sits at one side of the living a/dining space. This was designed to give more space to the tenant. The furniture is contemporary but sympathetic to the style of these apartments. The bathrooms were completely redesigned to make space for a generous show with all plumbing and cistern concealed.
