The project involved working in a live apartment block so noise and dust restrictions were in place. A Project Manager was on site at all times during the process, communicating with existing tenants to avoid any inconvenience during the works. The fit-out crew were well presented and very professional on site. The works were completed on time and on budget, to a very high standard.
We also used the Staging Service where Total Fitout presented one apartment to a showhouse standard and also arranged the professional photography. The show-unit and professional images helped achieve the maximum rental income.
