We’re proud to announce the successful completion of the furniture fit out for Grayling Properties’ Shared Living development, a co-living project on Cork Street, Dublin offering 380 bed spaces and a vibrant mix of shared amenities.
This innovative development includes a café, gym, cinema, library, co-working spaces, and communal living areas, all thoughtfully designed to promote community living while respecting individual privacy. Our team worked closely with Grayling Properties to deliver a high-quality, functional, and visually refined environment tailored to modern urban living.
From concept to completion, our creative team designed and installed bespoke furniture pieces that reflect the spirit of Cork Street- dynamic, social, and forward-thinking. The result is a space that balances comfort, style, and practicality for future residents.
