We refine all design details, including products, finishes, and value-engineered solutions and produce CGIs, detailed drawings, and technical specifications.
We source and procure all required materials, products, manufacturers, subcontractors, and services to support a smooth and efficient project delivery.
We warehouse all products in our centrally located facility and coordinate delivery to site through our professional installation team, aligned with the agreed programme.
We manage the full on-site installation through our Project Design Manager, Operations Manager, and Project Supervisor, ensuring quality, compliance, cost control, risk management, and continuous client communication.
We complete the project with comprehensive documentation, warranties, maintenance guidance, defect rectification, and dedicated aftercare support.
