Works included strip-out of existing furniture and flooring, full re-decoration, installation of new lighting, flooring, kitchen units, worktops, appliances, bedroom furniture, soft furnishings, and complete bathroom refurbishment with new sanitary ware and tiling. Careful planning ensured minimal disruption on a partially occupied site.
