Efficiently delivered interiors combining sustainability and community

This project involved the full fit out of 371 fully furnished studio apartments at Liberties House, a landmark co-living development in Dublin 8, alongside extensive amenity spaces.

Total Fitout managed the complete design, manufacture, and installation of bespoke furniture across 13,224 sq. ft., completing the project in just nine weeks. Natural, durable materials and biophilic design principles were incorporated to enhance sustainability, while shared spaces and wellbeing programming created a vibrant, community-focused environment.
The amenity spaces included a welcome area, cinema room, library space, gym, shared kitchens and living areas, co-working desks and performance stage.

With a focus on high-quality, sustainable materials, the interiors balance comfort, functionality, and a sense of place for residents.
