This project comprised 114 co-living apartments along with a variety of amenity spaces in Dublin 7, one of the city’s most dynamic neighborhoods.

Total Fitout furnished the apartments and curated shared spaces including a resident café, co-working area, shared kitchens, lounges, games rooms, library, TV room, and a party room with terrace. The interiors were designed to support comfort, practicality, and an enjoyable everyday experience for residents.
