This project delivered the fit out of 360 apartments along with a comprehensive range of residential amenities and co-living spaces at Spencer Place in Dublin city centre.

Total Fitout collaborated with Ronan Group Real Estate, Libra Living, Hooke & MacDonald, Fortress Investment Group, Millimetre Design Limited, and Elliott Group to bring this vision to life. Our role included the supply and installation of loose furniture across shared amenity spaces such as the Reception and Concierge Lounge, Sky Lounge, Private Dining Suite, Co-working Lounge, Chill Room, Games Room, and Cinema.

The interiors were designed to create a sense of balance for residents — places to work productively, relax comfortably, and connect socially.
