This project delivered the fit out of 72 beautifully designed apartments within The Benson, a ten-storey, A-rated development offering premium rental accommodation in Dublin Docklands.

Total Fitout collaborated closely with Patrizia and Savills to design and install bespoke furniture across all residential units, as well as the reception and co-working amenity spaces. Each interior was curated to reflect the high standards of luxury and comfort expected by residents.
