Luxury interiors with contemporary New England style

Whitegables is a development of luxury four-bedroom houses near the coastal village of Malahide, where Total Fitout completed the interior fit out for two phases of show houses.

Phase 1 introduced a New England-inspired aesthetic with a contemporary twist, incorporating high-polished chrome furniture, luxurious velvet finishes, wall panelling, and subtle nautical touches using deep blue accents in soft furnishings and accessories. Phase 2, delivered almost two years later, offered a refreshed take on the original design with muted neutral paint tones, decorative beading, and furniture in complementary shades with rich textures.

Across both phases, each show house was carefully styled to create a cohesive, luxurious, and inviting interior that highlights the design potential of the homes, appealing to prospective buyers and enhancing the development’s market presentation.
